From April 27 to 28, 2017, municipal Economic and Information Technology Commission organized relevant expert groups to investigate the implementation of intelligent manufacturing of chaoda Valve Group, Zhejiang Petrochemical Valve, Ebara Jalit Pump and other three enterprises in our industry. There were more than ten people who participated in the activity, including leaders of municipal Economic and information Commission, representatives of Huazhong Institute of Science and Technology, responsible persons and experts of Beijing Languang Company, president of Wenzhou Pump and Valve Institute, experts of Wenzhou Asiamei Letter Company, and professors of Wenzhou University. Through in-depth investigation and research, to understand the wenzhou pump valve industry production equipment, processing technology, enterprise management, production organization, two fusion methods and conditions, the basis of pulse, experts on various aspects of the scene view to analyzing the implementation of the intelligent manufacturing mode and possibilities, according to the first easy to difficult, after first monomer after the overall train of thought, phased solution is put forward.
Through two days of research activities, experts focused on the different status quo of these enterprises, the different cognition of intelligent manufacturing, listening to the appeal of entrepreneurs, interaction is frequent and active. Experts affirmed that enterprises should strengthen confidence, be willing to invest, make up for weaknesses and practice their internal skills to welcome the rebound of the real economy in the spring despite the overall economic downturn.
The enterprises actively cooperate with the investigation, especially zhejiang petrochemical valve seriously and successfully answered the wenzhou intelligent manufacturing questionnaire.
